Dalia Muccioli non solo è di Cesenatico e nel 1998, all'età di cinque anni, era sotto casa del Pirata, in quella marea di bandane e bandiere gialle, a festeggiare la vittoria francese. Dalia è soprattutto un'egregia scalatrice, che già dal primo anno s'è fatta vedere, in una gara a tappe corsa proprio in Francia, la Route de France. Maglia bianca di miglior giovane ed 8° posto nella classifica finale.
