Anna Sanchis Chafer (Genovés, Valencia, 1987) hizo oficial ayer su fichaje por el Wiggle – Honda, equipo británico UCI donde compartirá equipo con craks mundiales como Giorgia Bronzini o Linda Villumsen. Curiosamente, aunque campeona de España de contrarreloj, su función en un equipo plagado de rodadoras (Villumsen, Barker, Becker), corredoras rápidas (Bronzini, Collins) y pistards (King y Trott) será la de ayudar a Villumsen en montaña y buscar su opciones cuando le dejen libertad en carreras por etapas. También nos elimina el temor de que no saliese el Bizkaia – Durango en 2014, a los que está muy agradecidos por estos últimos años.
