It’s not only the T-Mobile women's roster that has a new-look for the 2007 season, a new management regime is also in place with former Olympic track champion Petra Rossner onboard as new team coach. t-mobile-team.com reporter Barbara Völkerding caught up with the 39-year old to learn about her tasks, goals, the team and the competition.

Nicht nur der Kader des T-Mobile Frauen-Team, in dem acht neue Fahrerinnen stehen, hat ein weitgehend verändertes Aussehen für 2007. Auch das Management-Team ist neu. Einen wichtigen Part spielt darin die 39 Jahre alte Bahn-Olympiasiegerin und Weltmeisterin Petra Rossner, die als Trainerin verpflichtet wurde. Im Interview mit unserer Redakteurin Barbara Völkerding spricht die Leipzigerin über ihre Aufgaben, die Ziele, das Team und die Konkurrenz.

Saturn's Petra Rossner is a world class athlete who has been racing full time since 1988. Her palmares are as long as your arm, including the Track World Championships and an Olympic gold medal. In the past two years she has placed in the top ten of dozens of US and European stages, and this year has won the Number One and Number Two Women's World Cups.
