This was one of the first training days since arriving in Italy for the season. Gu and I went out in the afternoon when its warm (10 degrees!) and did the course that we did our World's preparation on last year. It includes the Piccolo Stelvio, a 2min steep climb near our house. We rode it hard that day and then did a max sprint at the top on the flat section. My sprint in the was 995Watts! I wish I had a camera on the back to see if Gu was actually suffering, she was one my wheel the whole time!
