Christine Vardaros is a professional cyclist who has represented USA Cycling on more than twenty occasions. Christine has been living vegan since 2000 – the same year she became a professional cyclist. In addition to her pro-cycling work, Christine is also an athlete spokesperson for In Defense of Animals (IDA), The Vegan Society, and Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM), and gives talks around the world on plant based diets for active lives.

Veteran New Yorker Christine Vardaros has moved from Lotto-Belisol to Pruneaux D'Agen for her second season on the roads of Europe, hoping that it will help her fitness level for the next cyclocross season.
