The Spanish based Geox team will be operating on a much wider base in 2011. Apart from from the continuation of Footon-Servetto as Geox, the Diadora-Pasta Zara ladies squad will also operate as Geox starting next season. To top it off, a satellite team of amateurs will be supported.

The ProTour formation, for which Denis Menchov and Carlos Sastre will ride next season, is now nearly set for 2011. 24 riders have already signed for the team, three are still in negotiation.

The Geox Ladies team also has some serious new signings to report: The winner of the women Giro d'Italia 2010, Mara Abbott, will join the team coming from the American based PeanutButter & Co. Twenty12 team. Abbott takes along sprinter Shelley Olds - Evans and together they should be getting Geox victories supported by the likes of Olga Zabelinskaya, amongst others, who remained loyal to the team.

The third division will be a satellite team of talented amateurs, Biciciclismo claims that they have taken over the Fuji Test Team, which was set up and led by Bernard Moerman in 2010. All the teams will be at the start on Fuji bikes.
