Le Tour repart de Brest, comme en 1974, l’année précédant le début de carrière de Bernard Hinault, vainqueur pour la première fois il y a trente ans. La première étape s’achève samedi, à Plumelec, où le Blaireau avait remporté le prologue en 1985. Depuis, aucun Français n’a gagné le Tour.
