Cada tanto aparece un ciclista que rompe con las reglas, algo sumamente interesante de ver en el mundo del ciclismo. Carl Fredrik Hagen paso a profesionales con 27 años, algo poco usual, y acabó 8vo en la Vuelta a España, su primera gran vuelta en su primera campaña pro. Hagen es un talento especial, evidencia de la multitud de caminos que puede haber hacia el éxito.
