Met Fabian Cancellara nam een icoon dit jaar afscheid van het wielerpeloton. En hoe! Met Olympisch goud op de tijdrit in Rio. Op zijn palmares staan vereeuwigd: vier wereldtitels, twee Olympische titels, Milaan-San Remo, drie keer Ronde van Vlaanderen, drie keer Parijs-Roubaix, acht Touretappes. Wij spraken de 35-jarige flamboyante Zwitser over het leven naast en na de sport.
