Uno de los hechos más importantes del ciclismo en la semana que termina fue rueda de prensa que brindó el formidable ciclista boyacense del equipo Movistar en las instalaciones de la firma telefónica en Bogotá. Con elocuencia, espontaneidad y mucha precisión, Winner comenzó por anunciar que: “al no correr el Tour de Francia entonces mi gran objetivo ahora es la Vuelta a España para lo cual tenemos el tiempo suficiente de preparación e intentar que nos salga tan bien como el Giro de Italia”.
