El carácter de Milena Salcedo tiene algo de irreverente. Es una característica de su personalidad que también traslada al velódromo cuando enfrenta a sus rivales, pues sin importar si el escenario es simple o sofisticado como el mítico Velopark de Londres, la bogotana sale a competir sin mediar palabra. “Pienso que cada momento hay que vivirlo. Cuando ganó a nivel nacional también siento una gran alegría”, afirma desde Londres con la evidente alegría que produce un triunfo de tanto prestigio.
