La vida de Igor González de Galdeano (Vitoria, 1 de noviembre de 1973) ha cambiado tanto en un año que ni el mismo se cree todo lo que le ha sucedido y le está sucediendo. La Vuelta a España será la última carrera en la que esté presente con el equipo. No está previsto que vaya a ninguna otra prueba. Quiere llegar a Madrid con el primer puesto en la clasificación por grupos asegurado, todo un símbolo, en un equipo que se deshace.
