Ángel Madrazo (Santander, 30 de julio de 1988) se destapó como gran promesa en sus años en categoría junior, donde llegó a conseguir hasta 15 triunfos en una sola temporada (2006). Tras su destacado paso por Sub-23, debutó como profesional en 2008 de la mano de Joxean Fernández Matxin en el Scott-American Beef para fichar al año siguiente por Caisse d’Epargne (luego Movistar Team) hasta esta temporada, en donde será uno de los pilares fundamentales del Caja Rural-Seguros RGA.
