Pavel Sivakov is a Russian rider living in France. As a first year junior Pavel already showed to be among the strongest juniors and he is going to collect some big wins this year. Sivakov is strong against the clock and goes well on difficult terrain which makes him an excellent GC rider. Unfortunately the talented Russian had a crash last weekend which means he will miss his first goal of the year the Peace Race (Course de la Paix) but expect big things from him in the other upcoming hard Ncup events.
