The World Hour Record is claimed by many to be the ultimate test of man, or in this case woman, and bike. The current record holder for the 60 minutes of torture is Italian Vittoria Bussi with a distance of 48.007 kilometres. Ed Hood caught up with Vittoria to hear her story.
